Andrew is dedicated toward creating actionable analysis and research that improves the well-being of communities. Since joining EPS in 2022, Andrew has contributed to a range of EPS practice areas and is most enthusiastic about working in projects related to economic development, placemaking, and renewable energy. Prior to his tenure at EPS, Andrew worked in public health, focusing on improving the social determinants of health in communities across the US.
Andrew holds a Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP) degree with a concentration in community economic development and environmental policy from the University of California, Los Angeles. His graduate research explored the development of lithium-ion battery supply chains and the environmental impacts of lithium extraction. He additionally received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Gonzaga University. When not devouring content related to urban climbing, Andrew enjoys sport climbing, reading multigenerational family sagas, and has recently taken up drawing.
