As a Principal with EPS, Brian is well versed in each of EPS’ practice areas. He specializes in complex, often long range, multidisciplinary assignments including regional market analysis and forecasting, transportation corridor development strategies, policy studies, and economic and real estate impacts of infrastructure projects. Brian also manages projects involving more site specific real estate market and financial analysis, economic and fiscal impact analysis, transit oriented development planning and implementation, public financing analysis, and public-private partnerships. He is also one of the firm’s practice leaders in resort economics, with project experience in most Colorado resort and down valley communities.

Brian holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Cornell University in Upstate New York, and a Bachelor of Arts from Colby College in Maine. Brian has spoken at State and National conferences, is affiliated with the American Planning Association, the Urban Land Institute, and Mile High Connects.
