Dan is an economist and planner with over 40 years’ experience in market and financial analysis for the public and private sectors. He joined EPS in 1999 to open the firm’s Denver office. He has specialized in commercial revitalization and redevelopment for downtowns, outmoded malls and arterial corridors; and other large-scale public assets. He has also focused on public finance feasibility and strategies including tax increment financing, special district formations, and public-private partnership agreements.
Mr. Guimond has a master’s degree in Urban Geography from the University of Colorado. In his free time, enjoys hiking and biking, reading, and watching Seinfeld reruns. You can find him most mornings catching the sunrise on his daily walk.
