Megan is passionate about providing policy- and decision- makers with the economic data and tools necessary to build and support high quality, diverse, and sustainable communities. Her work includes technical and analytical services related to fiscal and economic impacts, housing policy, land use planning, and market trends.
Megan’s work at EPS has spanned numerous cities and clients active in the San Francisco Bay Area and beyond. Examples include several studies to advance the City of Pleasanton’s housing and public infrastructure goals and the redevelopment of its regional mall, to implement the City of Healdsburg Housing Element, and to create a new EIFD in San Francisco.
Prior to joining EPS in 2022, Megan worked for the City of Concord. She received her Master’s in Public Policy (MPP) from Mills College and a Bachelor’s Degree from the College of William & Mary, where she studied Government and Anthropology. As part of the Mills College Master of Public Policy Program, Megan evaluated affordable housing policy incentives for a City of Berkeley Council Member.
