Michelle is a seasoned professional in Human Resources and Benefits Management and has been with the firm since 2004. She is vibrantly passionate about fostering a culture of inclusivity and a positive working environment and supporting organizational goals. Michelle is dedicated to continuous learning in an ongoing effort to keep up to date with the ever-changing landscape of employment law, employee benefits, emerging trends, and best practices in her field to drive strategic initiatives that align with the firm’s goals and values. Michelle provides Human Resources and Benefits Management services to EPS’s four offices in California and Colorado.

Michelle is a credentialed Professional in Human Resources (PHRca), with an emphasis on California employment law, certified by the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). In addition, she holds a Human Resource Management Certification from UC Davis and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration. Michelle’s professional HR affiliations include Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), Sacramento Area Human Resource Association (SAHRA), and Sacramento Employer Advisory Council (SEAC).

Michelle enjoys decorating, shopping, working out, and traveling to warm climates in her free time.
