Miles Cressy is an urban planner and real estate analyst with experience across various sectors and practices, including affordable housing development, data science, and environmental design. At EPS, Miles leverages his expertise in urban analytics and housing finance, to support the firm's key practice areas. His background includes work with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, where he contributed to the planning and redevelopment of public housing, as well as education, healthcare, and commercial design projects with LPA Design Studios, focusing on sustainability.
Miles holds a Master’s Degree in Urban and Regional Planning from UCLA and a Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture from UC Davis. While at UCLA, he honed his skills in the techniques and tools that intersect urban studies and data science, both as a student and as a graduate teaching assistant for courses in urban economics and real estate analytics. In his free time (which is a rarity as a parent to an infant boy), he enjoys cooking, gardening, and camping.
