Peter takes great interest in working on projects that empower communities and build capacity for more sustainable and equitable economic growth. His practice focuses on data analysis and strategic planning, and connecting analytical findings to implementation actions that improve communities for the people who live and work there. Peter has worked on economic development projects through the western United States, and with extensive experience working with rural communities.
Peter joined EPS in 2022 after more than 25 years with Applied Development Economics (ADE). He has a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles. Outside of the work space, Peter enjoys cycling, hiking, live music events, and swing and salsa dancing,
