Salita Thao serves as a research analyst at EPS, where she plays a pivotal role in providing analytical and research support for various projects ranging from public financing, real estate economics, to land use and transportation. One of Salita’s core passions lies in real estate development and exploring how economic principles apply to real estate markets. Recent assignments include providing a socioeconomic assessment to help determine the economic health of different cities, which inform the scale of supportable demand, target affordability ranges, and recommended product types to meet that demand.
Since joining EPS in 2022, Salita graduated with a Master’s in Real Estate Development from the University of Liberty, Virginia. She also has a B.S in Business Management with a focus on Finance from California State University, Sacramento. In her free time, Salita enjoys fishing, reading and learning new technical skills.
