EPS, as part of a larger multidisciplinary team, completed an update to Blueprint Denver, the land use policy plan that supports the City’s Comprehensive Plan. A major element of EPS’s work was the completion of an Industrial Demand Analysis. The analysis was used for multiple purposes including; educating stakeholders on the value (economic, fiscal, and social) industrial uses add to the community, highlighting industrial trends that will impact future demand, and identifying high value industrial lands in the city that need to be protected and supported.
