EPS completed multiple projects on Denver Union Station (DUS) for RTD-Denver and for the City beginning with the market analysis and financing strategy components of the DUS Master Plan for the 19-acre property and ultimately providing development advisory services on the renovation of the historic terminal. EPS first provided market research and financial feasibility analysis for RTD on the evaluation of reuse options. The firm then assisted the Agency in preparing an RFQ/RFP; evaluated developer proposals; and provided financial analysis and support on the negotiation of a development agreement with Union Station Alliance (USA) to develop and operate the historic terminal building as a boutique hotel and train station under a long-term lease.
